Was God there when his son died? I know Jesus said “my God my God why have you forsaken me?”. I get it. He took on the sins of the world and at that moment there was a split in the trinity. I get it.
But was He….there?
When Christ was tortured, when Christ was mocked. Was God there? Was He a witness?
There is a song called “Wanted” that has a line that says, “I was there the moment that it happened…”.
Was He there the moment it happened to His son?
Was He there when I was 12?
